Rear Washer Hose Removal/Installation




REAR WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the mudguard (RH).

4. Disconnect the rear washer hose A from the rear washer motor.

5. Remove the rear washer hose A from clips A.






6. Disconnect the joint pipe A and remove rear washer hose A.

7. Remove the following parts:
a. Front door Front Door Removal/Installation

b. Sail garnish Service and Repair

c. Front scuff plate inner Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

d. Front side trim Front Side Trim Removal/Installation

e. Side panel (passenger's side) Side Panel Removal/Installation

f. Side wall Side Wall Removal/Installation

g. Center console (Vehicles with rear vent) Center Console Removal/Installation

h. Selector lever knob (ATX) Front Console Removal/Installation

i. Shift lever knob (MTX) Front Console Removal/Installation

j. Front console Front Console Removal/Installation

k. Glove compartment Service and Repair

8. Remove the rear washer hose B from clips B.

9. Disconnect the joint pipe A, B and remove rear washer hose B.

10. Remove the following parts:
a. Rear scuff plate Rear Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

b. B-pillar lower trim B-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation

c. Front seat belt upper anchor installation bolt Front Seat Belt Removal/Installation

d. B-pillar upper trim B-Pillar Upper Trim Removal/Installation

e. Rear package tray lid Service and Repair

f. Sub-trunk Service and Repair

g. Third-row seat Third-Row Seat Removal/Installation

h. Rear header trim Rear Header Trim Removal/Installation

i. Trunk end trim Trunk End Trim Removal/Installation

j. Third-row seat belt lower anchor installation bolt Third-Row Seat Belt Removal/Installation

k. Cargo compartment light Service and Repair

l. Trunk side trim

m. Second-row seat belt upper anchor installation bolt Second-Row Seat Belt Removal/Installation

n. C-pillar trim C-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation

o. Map light Service and Repair

p. Assist handle Service and Repair

q. Sunvisor Service and Repair

11. Disconnect the joint pipe C.






12. Remove the headliner. Headliner Removal/Installation

13. Cut the urethane of the headliner and remove the tape and rear washer hose C.
NOTE:
- After installing the rear washer hose, reinforce the urethane that was cut when removing.

14. Remove the rear washer hose D from the rear washer nozzle.

15. Install in the reverse order of removal.
